By creating an account or using ProvExpense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. One person or business entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You agree to use ProvExpense only for lawful purposes related to tracking business expenses, mileage, income, and related tax documentation. You agree not to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
| Free Plan | Full expense tracking, mileage logging, receipt capture, income tracking, and basic reports. No time limit. |
| Pro Plan | $4.99/month — PDF reports, tax archives, priority support, and all Free features. |
| Billing Start | No free trial. Billing begins immediately on the day you upgrade to Pro. |
| Billing | Charged monthly on the day of initial subscription. Payments processed via Stripe (Apple App Store purchases billed through Apple). |
| Cancellation | Cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods. Cancel via Settings > Subscriptions in the app or via your Apple App Store account settings. |
ProvExpense and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProvExpense and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The name "ProvExpense" and our logo are trademarks of ProvExpense. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you input into ProvExpense. We do not claim any ownership over your expense data, mileage logs, or any other content you submit.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create using ProvExpense, including receipts, expense entries, trip logs, income records, and W-9 forms. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service to you.
We do not use your financial or business data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating ProvExpense.
Tax Information Disclaimer: ProvExpense is a record-keeping tool, not a licensed tax advisory service. The tax estimates and reports we generate are based on the data you enter and current IRS guidelines. They are not a substitute for professional tax advice from a qualified CPA or tax attorney. Always verify tax calculations with a licensed professional before filing.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reports or calculations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProvExpense and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
In any event, ProvExpense's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time by going to Settings > Delete Account in the app or by emailing us at support@provexpense.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay outstanding charges.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ProvExpense operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ProvExpense shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
